Salary: £100 - £140 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role:

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging lessons across your subject specialism or general cover lessons

Maintain positive classroom behaviour and a productive learning environment

Follow school policies and lesson plans effectively

Adapt quickly to different school settings and student needs

Provide continuity of learning in the absence of permanent staff

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

A flexible, reliable, and professional approach

A passion for education and supporting student progress
