What You Will Do:

- Define and deliver engineering targets and sign-off for the programme, ensuring alignment with key milestones.

- Lead cross-functional geometric integration reviews to ensure compatibility and resolve failure modes across vehicle systems.

- Drive attribute development activities to achieve robust target delivery and ensure the highest level of engineering sign-off integrity.

- Oversee functional systems integration and compatibility reviews to deliver customer features with precision and quality.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to address challenges and ensure seamless delivery to the production plant.

- Support in-flight programmes and contribute to technical reviews to maintain project momentum.

What You Will Bring:

- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.

- Experience with CAD 3DX and component releasing processes.

- Knowledge of attribute target setting, whole vehicle engineering, and automotive platforms.

- Familiarity with AGILE principles and toolsets to drive collaboration and innovation.
