Behaviour Support Assistant - Secondary School - Hackney

Start: September 2025 | Full-time | Term-time | £100-£115 per day

A secondary school in Hackney is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with students who need additional support managing behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation.

This role is ideal for graduates, mentors, coaches or youth workers looking to build experience in education or pastoral support.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs

Providing mentoring and intervention support

De-escalating challenging situations calmly and effectively

Encouraging positive routines and engagement in learningWhat they're looking for:
