Cover Supervisor – Daily Supply

We are currently working with a range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors for daily supply opportunities. About the role

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher

• Supervise and manage classroom behaviour across KS3 & KS4

• Ensure students remain engaged and on task throughout lessons

• Provide a positive and supportive learning environment

• Adapt confidently to different subjects and school settings

• Flexible day-to-day supply opportunities available

Person Specification

• Previous experience working with young people is desirable

• Confident managing classroom behaviour

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible, adaptable, and reliable approach

• Degree educated or school-based experience preferred

• Passionate about supporting students and education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
