Job Description

Our client, a key player in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a Site, Facilities, Infrastructure & GFA Assistant to join their team in Portsmouth Naval Base on a contract basis. The successful applicant will support key infrastructure projects, ensuring operational efficiency and assisting with administrative tasks. This role is fully onsite, emphasising the importance of hands-on involvement in daily operations.

• Supporting the management of site facilities and infrastructure projects
• Assisting with the coordination and administration of site activities
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress
• Providing logistical support for site operations
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and project updates
• Conducting site inspections and addressing maintenance issues

• Experience in project support within the defence or security sectors
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of site facilities and infrastructure management
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
