Multi Trader

Peckham

Temp to Perm

£21.40 an hour - CIS & Van and fuel card provided

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a multi trader based in Peckham.

Day to Day for multi trader:

• Carrying disrepair/larger scale jobs in social housing properties - Kitchens, bathrooms, full redecoration, etc.
• A mix of working in void & occupied properties
• Good costumer service, meeting and greeting tenants
• Using a PDA

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a maintenance operative or multi skilled operative or multi trade operative or multi trader or carpenter or joiner or UPVC specialist or plumber or plumber multi trader or plasterer or plasterer multi trader or multi trade operative or multi skilled operative or maintenance operative or handyman with experience in social housing or housing associations or domestic properties or council properties or MOD (Minstry of defense).
