What You'll Be Doing:

As a Palletiser Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our production line. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Quickly identifying and resolving any technical or operational issues that arise.
• Maintaining a smooth workflow to minimise downtime and keep production on track.
• Collaborating closely with team members to meet and exceed production targets.
• Monitoring and ensuring all palletising robots are operating at peak efficiency.

What We Offer:

• Pay Rate: 14 per hour, with overtime available at 17.50!
• Flexible Shift Options: Choose a schedule that suits you:

- 5 days on / 2 days off
- 4 days on / 3 days off
- Up to 12-hour shifts

What We're Looking For:

• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges head-on.
• A keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• A basic technical or mechanical understanding (preferred but not essential).
• Reliability and a willingness to work flexible shifts to meet production needs.
