Take on 6-month, Multi Trade Operative contract with weekly pay, a company van, and fuel card provided from day one. Working across the Birmingham, Oldbury, and Wolverhampton areas, this role offers consistent work within occupied domestic properties, carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance for a well-established housing association.

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:

Completing day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied properties

Carrying out basic carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, and painting works

Responding to reactive maintenance jobs across domestic homes

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales

Travelling across Birmingham, Oldbury, and Wolverhampton using a company vanI’d love to speak to anyone who has:

Previous experience working as a Multi Trade Operative within social housing

A full UK driving licence

Experience completing reactive repairs and maintenance works

Strong customer service skills when working in occupied properties

This role covers Birmingham, Oldbury, and Wolverhampton, offering accessible travel routes across the West Midlands. Major road links including the M5, M6, and A4123 make travel between properties straightforward, with the company van and fuel card provided to support daily travel requirements
