Job Description

Danny Sullivan Group is looking for Lifting Supervisor to work with a client in Southampton area for night shifts.

- Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervising all lifting operations in accordance with current health & safety legislation

• Coordinating crane movements and lifting activities safely and efficiently across site

• Liaising with crane operators, slingers/signallers, logistics teams, and site management

• Ensuring lifting plans and RAMS are followed correctly at all times

• Conducting pre-lift checks and monitoring lifting zones for potential hazards

• Maintaining safe systems of work throughout the duration of the shift

• Reporting any safety concerns or operational issues to site management promptly

Requirements

• Valid CPCS Blue Card – Crane Supervisor

• Previous experience working as a Crane Supervisor on construction projects

• Strong understanding of lifting operations, site safety procedures, and lifting regulations

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Reliable, punctual, and available for the full duration of the assignment
