The Successful Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Be an excellent classroom practitioner with strong curriculum knowledge

Demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities within the classroom

Lead by example through professionalism, positivity, and high expectations

Have excellent behaviour management skills

Create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Be committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child
