Street Works Permit Officer

Our client, a prominent entity within the highways sector, is currently seeking a proactive and detail-focused Street Works Permit Officer to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessing and managing permit applications and variations
Ensuring compliance with legislation, codes of practice, and national permit conditions
Liaising with utility companies, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of street and road works

Job Requirements:

Experience in street works, highways, or permit schemes
Good knowledge of NRSWA, permit schemes, and associated legislation
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident in using IT systems and managing competing priorities
