Job Description

R9 are currently recruiting Multi-Skilled Operatives to join our team working across Salford on an ongoing contract.

The primary trade required is Joinery, alongside a strong ability to undertake a variety of additional tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out joinery works as the main trade

* Complete multi-trade tasks including:

* Basic plumbing or plastering

* Kitchen refits and installations

* Painting and decorating

* Mould removal and treatment

* General maintenance and repairs

* Work independently to complete jobs to a high standard

* Use a PDA system to receive and complete job tasks

Requirements

* Proven experience in a multi-skilled role (Joinery essential)

* Ability to confidently complete jobs from start to finish

* Basic plumbing or plastering skills desirable

* Good all-round maintenance skills

* Valid UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)

* CSCS card preferred

* Basic IT skills (for PDA/job management systems)

Qualifications

* Qualification or Apprenticeship in your primary trade (Joinery), OR

* NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multi-Trade Repair & Refurbishment, OR

* Valid CSCS Card

* Basic DBS check
