Academics are currently recruiting for an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work in a welcoming and supportive primary school.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety or is looking to secure a long-term placement.

As an HLTA, you will be expected to provide PPA cover across a couple of year groups, support learning across the curriculum, and work closely with school staff to ensure pupils remain engaged and on track.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a couple of year groups
• Provide PPA cover when required
• Support small groups and individual pupils
• Support classroom behaviour management
• Assist with tracking pupil progress

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Previous experience covering classes
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Or willing to apply)

• Competitive daily rates ( 95- 120: Depending on experience)
