Hybrid / 6 months / 400 per day (INSIDE)
Objective
Deliver measurable improvements in finance processes, controls, and reporting through transformation initiatives, often linked to ERP change, standardisation, or operating model optimisation.
Primary outcomes
You will define the target process design across key record to report and plan to perform activities, ensuring controls, roles, and handoffs are clear. You will support requirements definition and solution configuration, translating finance needs into practical designs without overengineering. You will lead process mapping, gap analysis, and remediation plans across close, reconciliations, reporting, and governance. You will align stakeholders on standard ways of working and drive adoption through training, comms, and embedded guidance.
Transformation delivery responsibilities
You will build a transformation plan with milestones, dependencies, and decision points. You will run workshops, capture actions, manage risks, and maintain strong stakeholder alignment. You will drive testing readiness, ensure scenarios cover real finance use cases, and support defect triage with clear prioritisation. You will support cutover planning, data readiness, and hypercare.
Required experience
Hands on finance transformation delivery, strong process and control knowledge, confidence working with ERPs, excellent stakeholder facilitation, and an ability to balance improvement with operational reality.
Success measures
Standardised processes, improved close performance, stronger controls, and high adoption with fewer workarounds.
