Teaching Assistants Wanted – Full & Part-Time Roles | Start ASAP or September!

Are you passionate about education and ready to make a real difference in the classroom? Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we’re looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join fantastic schools across Walsall on a long-term basis.

We have full-time roles and flexible part-time opportunities available — starting immediately or from September.

What You’ll Be Doing:

No two days are the same! You'll be:

Supporting classroom activities under the direction of the class teacher

Working 1:1 or in small groups, including with pupils with SEN, SEMH, EAL or behavioural needs

Assisting with education and behaviour plans

Promoting independence, confidence, and self-esteem

Giving feedback to help pupils grow

Supporting classroom displays and organisationWhat We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children (we’ll ask for references)

Enhance DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

Knowledge of EYFS curriculum is a bonus
