I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Plumber Multi Trade, Multi Skilled Plumber, Bathroom Fitter, Wet Room Fitter, Maintenance Plumber, Multi Trade Operative, Kitchen Fitter or in a similar construction or social housing role.

As the Plumber Multi Trade, you will be responsible for:

Plumbing repairs and maintenance

Fitting and replacing water pumps

Installing and altering pipework

Setting out floors for bathroom and kitchen installations

Bathroom and wet room fitting

Tiling and patch plastering

Flooring installation and repairs

General multi trade maintenance and snagging works

Completing repairs within occupied social housing properties

Delivering high standards of customer service on every jobThe successful Plumber Multi Trade will:

Have their own tools

Have their own suitable transport

Hold a valid Green CSCS card

Have relevant experience working as a Plumber Multi Trade within social housing

Be confident completing multi trade repairs independentlyIn return, the Plumber Multi Trade will receive:

£23 per hour

Fuel allowance provided

Weekly pay available via CIS or PAYE

Long-term ongoing work

Potential for permanent employment if desired

Essential training provided

ASAP start availableLocation & Travel

This role requires travel across the Leicester area.
