This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Partner, on a 6 month FTC, to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing talent strategies within a multi site retail environment. Based in Derbyshire, this role focuses on delivering effective human resources solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Description

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.

Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce planning needs.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Provide expert advice on market trends and recruitment best practices.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.

Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across all talent acquisition activities.

Analyse and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and inform future strategies.

Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success.Profile

A successful Senior Talent Partner should have:

Proven experience in talent acquisition in a Head Office environment

Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and workforce planning.

Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.

A track record of promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.

Excellent organisational and time management abilities.Job Offer
