Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Location: Solihull

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Part Time, 22 Hours per week

Pay Rate: Up to £29,540 (Pro-rata) depending on experience

Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join a friendly and high performing communications team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a varied and hands on role, ideal for someone with a passion for digital content, social media, and marketing communications. You'll play a key role in promoting the organisation's brand and helping deliver engaging, accessible content for both customers and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

Creating engaging digital content, including videos and social media posts

Supporting and delivering social media campaigns on key topics and awareness initiatives

Updating and maintaining the organisation's website to ensure content is clear, accessible, and user friendly

Assisting with internal communications, including intranet updates and staff announcements

Regularly reviewing and improving intranet content to ensure it remains relevant and easy to navigate

Working closely with the Communications Manager to ensure consistent messaging and high quality outputs
