Structural Revit Technician

Location: North Kent
Rate: £35-40 per-hour
Contract Length: 6 months (potential extension)
Arrangement: Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Structural Revit Technician to join a well-established consultancy based in North Kent on a contract basis. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, with flexible hybrid working available.
The successful candidate will play a key role in producing accurate structural Revit models and coordinated construction documentation while working closely with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project delivery is completed to a high standard.

The Role

Producing precise and well-coordinated structural Revit models
Generating detailed plans, sections, schedules, and construction documentation from Revit models
Collaborating closely with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless model integration and clash detection
Conducting thorough quality checks to ensure drawings meet both internal and industry standards
Contributing to Revit families, templates, and BIM protocols
Supporting the development of BIM workflows and promoting best practices across the wider team

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Structural Revit Technician role
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit with excellent knowledge of structural detailing and coordination
Good understanding of UK building regulations, detailing conventions, and BIM standards
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
