Job Description

RTL Group are currently looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to join a major highways and infrastructure project in the Exeter region, working with a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor.

The successful candidate will have strong experience delivering bridge structures, reinforced concrete works, and box culvert packages on large-scale civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervising direct labour and subcontractors on site

* Managing daily site activities and short-term programming

* Ensuring works are delivered safely and to specification

* Coordinating plant, labour and materials

* Working closely with Site Engineers and Site Management teams

* Maintaining high HSEQ standards throughout delivery

Project Scope Includes:

* Bridge Construction

* Reinforced Concrete Structures

* Box Culverts

* Earthworks

* Drainage & Infrastructure

* Highways Schemes

Requirements:

* Proven experience working as a Foreman / General Foreman on heavy civils or highway projects

* Strong reinforced concrete and structures background

* Experience with bridges and culverts essential

* SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS required

* Ability to lead teams within fast-paced site environments
