Machine Operator

Hourly Rate: 17.45p/h

Location: Heanor, Derby

We are currently looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our client's production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating PUR gluing and folder/gluer machinery, ensuring high-quality output, machine efficiency, and adherence to health & safety standards. This is a great opportunity for those who are looking to secure a Temporary - permanent position with and to those who wish to enhance their skills.

Shift times Monday - Friday Rotating shift pattern One week Monday - Friday 6am till 13.30pm and one week of Monday - Thursday 13.15pm till 21.00pm and Friday 13.15pm till 19.45pm.

Please note whilst training you will be working 7.30am till 15.15pm Monday - Friday this will be paid at 13.95p/h - training can take up to a month.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrable experience operating PUR gluing or folder/gluer machinery

High level of accuracy with a proactive approach to resolving issues

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Willingness to be flexible with working hours, including overtime when needed

Ability to thrive in a busy manufacturing environment
