A scaling digital organisation is looking to recruit a Senior QA Engineer to work with its QA and Support team as it continues to grow. The role will involve working on multiple projects simultaneously across both web and mobile applications, as well as setting the standards and processes for QA across the business.

Due to the nature of the business, this role would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and working with manual testing, with a longer-term strategy to move towards automation.

This role would suit someone who is self-driven and ambitious enough to work independently, while also taking advantage of the resources and expertise made available internally to support personal development.

The business offers flexibility at its core, with the team mainly working remotely and meeting in the office for team days a couple of times per week. Flexible hours and holiday options are also available to help employees manage work around other life commitments.

To Be Considered:

Prior experience in a Manual QA role testing both mobile and web applications.

Experience with industry-standard QA tooling, such as BrowserStack or Postman.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience mentoring more junior team members.

Experience with JIRA or similar tools.

Strong communication skills.

Knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.

Agency experience would be beneficial.
