GxP Quality Systems Associate - Maternity Cover - 6-12 Months
About the Role
This junior GxP Quality Systems Associate role will support the maintenance and improvement of a GxP Quality Management System. The role involves administrative and system-based tasks, with a focus on documentation, training, and compliance monitoring. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and be supported by experienced colleagues.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting the coordination and maintenance of GxP documentation and training systems.
Assisting with the development and processing of procedural documents and SOPs.
Monitoring and reporting on Quality System performance and KPIs.
Managing administrative updates in systems such as Veeva Vault QMS and ComplianceWire.
Supporting internal audits, inspections, and Quality Management Review meetings.
Ensuring clear, user-friendly QA communications across the business.
What Are We Looking For?
A BSc in a scientific discipline, such as Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy.
Experience or familiarity with GxP Quality Systems and/or ComplianceWire would be beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience with KPIs or metrics is desirable.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English.
