VGC Group are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative with Telehandler experience to join a project based in Saxmundham, Suffolk.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hard-working Operative looking for work, and to gain experience with a Tier 1 client.

We are looking for someone who can work well as part of a team, and support site operations to keep the project running safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will support a variety of groundworks and site duties and will ideally hold a couple of plant tickets to assist with machinery where required.

Pay Rate: £20.47 per hour PAYE

Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-5pm

Start Date: ASAP

Lodge and Travel is not available for this role

As the Multi Skilled Operative / Telehandler, your responsibilities may include:

– Assisting trades and site management with labouring duties

– Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times

– Use of company vehicle to drive between sites

– Transporting materials and equipment around site

– Supporting with general site set-up and maintenance

– Following all site health and safety procedures

– Handling incoming deliveries

– Carrying out any other general site duties as required

To be considered for this role, you must have:

– A valid CSCS Card

– Previous experience in this role or similar

– A good work ethic and positive attitude

– The ability to work well independently and as part of a team

– Good punctuality and reliability

– Right to work in the UK

– Full, Clean UK Driving License
