Smart Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5 19 with Autism in a specialist school setting in Shifnal.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young people with Autism and helping them develop confidence, communication, and independence.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils in accessing a personalised curriculum tailored to their individual needs. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers and support staff to promote learning, communication, independence, and positive engagement in education.

• Support pupils with Autism in the classroom
