Smart Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 3 19 with complex needs, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Autism, and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) across two specialist school sites in Dudley.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs in a nurturing and supportive specialist setting.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide personalised support tailored to each pupil s individual needs. The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping to develop communication, independence, confidence, and life skills.
