SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant Near Solihull (Hybrid) Circa £550/day via Umbrella (PAYE with employer's NI & Tax deducted at source - unlike umbrella companies and no umbrella company admin fees) Initial 6-Month Contract

Robert Half International is supporting a global consulting organisation in response to increasing demand across a major SAP transformation programme. We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to support the ongoing operation, enhancement and optimisation of a complex SuccessFactors environment.This is a hands-on functional consulting role focused on resolving complex support issues, delivering change requests and enhancements, providing business consultation, and supporting the integration of SuccessFactors with a wider SAP S/4HANA landscape.

Assignment Details

• Initial 6-month contract
• Hybrid working with occasional travel near Solihull offices
• Circa £550/day via Umbrella
• Interview process expected over the next 1-2 weeks
• Likely start date mid-June to July depending on availability and onboarding

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex SuccessFactors support tickets and functional issues
• Deliver medium-sized enhancements and change requests
• Provide functional consulting support to business stakeholders
• Support ongoing project activity across the SuccessFactors platform
• Work closely with HR, Technology and Transformation teams
• Support SuccessFactors integration activity aligned to a wider SAP S/4HANA programme
• Contribute towards platform optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Utilities Experience
• Strong SAP SuccessFactors functional consulting experience
• Employee Central (EC)
• Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Recruitment / Recruiting
• Onboarding
• Performance & Goals
• Talent Acquisition / Talent Intelligence Hub
• Experience delivering BAU support, change requests and enhancement work
• Strong stakeholder management and business-facing consulting skills
• Experience supporting SuccessFactors within complex enterprise environments
