Who are we looking for?
We welcome applications from anyone who has:

• Experience working with children in any capacity (schools, nurseries, youth work, coaching, care settings, etc.)
• Or a relevant qualification related to working with children

• Passionate about supporting children's development
• Reliable, positive, and approachable
• Comfortable working as part of a team and adapting to different school settings

The roles
Our Teaching Assistant roles can vary, which keeps things interesting, but may include:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day activities
• Helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment
• Supporting children with additional needs where required
