The Role:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one and small-group basis.

• Assisting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons.

• Helping students to develop confidence, independence and academic progress.

• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required.

• Contributing to a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational, childcare, coaching or mentoring setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A patient, positive and proactive approach.

• The ability to build effective relationships with students and staff.

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
