Repairs Supervisor
Cornwall
6-8 week contract

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for a Repairs Supervisor based in and around Cornwall

Day to Day duties of the Repairs Supervisor:

• Carry out day to day repair/ Damp and mould surveys for social housing stock

• Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.

• Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.

• Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works.

Requirements for the role (Skills & Qualifications):

• Have experience carrying out housing maintenance surveys in a social housing setting

• Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying

• Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry

• Experience with damp and mould
