Graduate Teaching Assistant - Ealing

Location: Ealing, West London

Salary: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only

Start Date: September 2026

The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support students across a range of subjects, helping them to achieve their academic potential while developing your own understanding of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons

* Providing one-to-one and small group intervention support

* Assisting students with additional learning needs

* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

* Monitoring student progress and providing feedback

* Supporting behaviour management and classroom organisation

Requirements:

* A high-level degree (2:1 or above preferred) from a recognised university

* A genuine aspiration to become a teacher

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A positive, proactive and professional attitude

* Previous experience working with young people is advantageous but not essential

To be eligible to work within a school, you must:

* Have the right to work in the UK

* Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check

* Provide satisfactory references covering the last two years

* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
