Primary School Teacher (ECT)

September 2026 Start Tunbridge Wells

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our welcoming and supportive primary school in Tunbridge Wells from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a nurturing environment that prioritises professional development and staff wellbeing. You will be supported through a comprehensive ECT induction programme, including mentoring from experienced colleagues, regular training, and opportunities to develop your teaching practice.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to delivering high-quality teaching across the primary age range.
