Job Description

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurses to work across a number of well-established nurseries within the Islington borough.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified Early Years professionals seeking flexible work, with a range of shift patterns available to suit your availability. There is also the potential to secure a permanent position from September 2026 within one of our partner nurseries.

The successful candidate must:

Hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent recognised Early Years qualification

Have previous experience working within nursery settings or the EYFS age range

Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development

Be passionate about supporting children's learning through play and exploration

Be reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Be flexible to work a variety of shift patterns between 8:00am and 6:00pmTypical shifts may include:

8:00am - 4:00pm

9:00am - 5:00pm

10:00am - 6:00pmThe role offers:
