Procurement Manager

£529.95 per day - Umbrella

1 Month contract

ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Manager , the role focuses on delivering compliant, efficient, and strategic sourcing outcomes, from initial demand definition through to contract award and supplier management

The Role:

Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including demand planning, market engagement, tendering, and contract award

Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements

Ensure compliance with internal governance, procurement policies, and procurement regulations

Lead procurement projects, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations

Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships

Support contract negotiations and ensure robust contractual agreements are in place

Proactively manage procurement pipelines and identify upcoming opportunities

Requirements:

Strong end-to-end procurement and sourcing experience

Proven ability to manage procurement projects and stakeholder relationships

Experience working within structured governance and regulated environments

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Previous Transport for London (TfL) procurement experience (highly preferred)

Familiarity with public sector procurement processes and regulations

Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
