Hygiene Operative Day Shift

Location: Outskirts of Wymondham, Norfolk

Type: Temp/ Temp to Perm

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Shifts: Day shift, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Transport: Own transport essential due to rural location

ISQ Recruitment is recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to join a manufacturing business on the outskirts of Wymondham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking steady day work within a supportive and fast-paced environment, with the potential to secure a long-term position through a temp-to-perm pathway.

The main focus of this role is to support production by ensuring all equipment is cleaned and washed on a regular basis, helping to maintain high hygiene standards and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing:

Regular cleaning and washing of production equipment

Supporting production with all hygiene and washdown requirements

Cleaning washrooms and maintaining hygiene standards across the site

General housekeeping duties within factory areas

Occasional support with low-level production tasks when required

Moving raw materials and assisting with basic handling tasks

Labelling boxes and supporting simple production activities

Tidy-up duties in communal areas, including canteen cleaning

Removing rubbish from canteen and work areas

Willingness to support production when needed

Flexibility to assist across different areas of the site
