Hours: 4 on, 4 off shift pattern - 20:30hrs - 06:00hrs

Company transport provided from Swindon or Chippenham

As a Hygiene Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of machinery and factory areas. You will be working with one of the UK s leading free-range and organic egg businesses, with operations spanning farming, packing, and processing. You will be supporting them within their Egg Innovation Centre (EIC).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of machinery and factory areas.
• Maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Handle chemicals safely in compliance with COSHH regulations.
• Adhere to company hygiene and food safety procedures.
• Always ensure proper use of PPE.
• Actively contribute to health and safety policies, ensuring your safety and that of your colleagues.

What We're Looking For

• We are seeking someone who is:
• Detail-oriented and methodical.
• Well-organised and able to work effectively under pressure.
• A strong team player with excellent organisational skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
  
• Essential Requirements
• Previous experience in hygiene or cleaning roles is essential.
• Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not required.
