SEN Support Assistant - Primary School

Academics are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Support Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive two-form entry primary school in Mid Sussex from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them succeed both academically and socially within the classroom.

The successful candidate will work closely with pupils requiring additional support, providing encouragement, guidance, and assistance to help them access learning and achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with children or young people.
• Be patient, caring, and adaptable.
• Have a genuine interest in supporting pupils with SEN.
• Be able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
