Our client, a prominent entity within the buildings sector, is currently seeking a Registered Building Inspector Class 2F to join their team on a contract basis. This role is focused on ensuring compliance with building regulations and maintaining high standards of building control.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting site inspections to assess compliance with building regulations
Reviewing and approving building plans and specifications
Ensuring all building works meet legislative and safety standards
Providing advice and guidance on building control matters to stakeholders
Investigating non compliance and implementing corrective measures
Maintaining detailed records and preparing inspection reports
Liaising with contractors, architects, and other professionals to facilitate project compliance
Keeping up to date with changes in building regulations and best practices

Job Requirements:
Experience in building control or a related discipline
