The Role - ASD Teaching Assistant

As a ASD Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a child with ASD in a KS1 classroom, providing tailored support to help them access learning and develop key skills. You will play a vital role in creating a calm, nurturing atmosphere, using strategies to support communication, engagement, and behaviour. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and committed to helping children reach their full potential. Previous experience supporting pupils with ASD is highly desirable.
