Senior Site Agent

Our client, a leading national civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Agent to support the successful delivery of a major highways infrastructure project.

Site Agent Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day site operations across multiple work fronts.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Prepare, review, and implement RAMS.
Oversee quality assurance processes, inspections, and project documentation.

Site Agent Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card.
SMSTS qualification.
Strong knowledge of highways construction methodologies and specifications.
Proven experience delivering major highways or road infrastructure projects in a Senior Site Agent or Site Agent capacity.
