This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified teachers looking to gain valuable classroom experience across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 while building confidence and developing their teaching career within supportive school environments.

As an ECT Primary Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil development.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
• Work collaboratively with school staff, teaching assistants, and leadership teams.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Develop classroom management skills with ongoing support and guidance.

• QTS or be due to obtain Qualified Teacher Status.
• A passionate and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to engage and inspire young learners.
• A flexible and adaptable attitude.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through TeacherActive).
