Contract Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a busy finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in finance, with full training provided and future study support (AAT) available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Managing invoice approvals and ensuring timely authorisation
• Performing supplier statement reconciliations
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required

About You

• A keen interest in finance or accounting, with a desire to build a long-term career in this field
• Good IT skills
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical ability
• Well organised with a proactive approach to work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
