Job Title: Junior Print Finisher
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Location: Letchworth
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm (overtime available)
Hourly rate: £12.71 per hour (21+) or £10.85 per hour (18-20 years of age)

Our award winning client based in Letchworth are currently seeking a Junior Print Finisher to join their team on a Team to Perm basis. The successful candidate does not need experience within the Print industry, just someone who can showcase an excellent working attitude and willingness to learn & develop.

Working in a friendly environment, the successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to learn all aspects of quality print finishing, and a chance to grow an exciting career in the ever-growing print industry.

Main duties as a Junior Print Finisher:
- To learn & operate all Print Finishing machines, by shadowing a member of staff to see all processes first hand
- To gain an understanding of Technical drawings, ensuring all customer specifics are adhered to
- Using different machines and tools to finish specific jobs set by clients and customers
- Take on heavy lifting duties and manual handling tasks
- Ensure that communication is set to the highest standard, both written and verbal
(full training will be provided)

What's needed as a Junior Print Finisher:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within a new industry
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
- Positive attitude and ability to work closely within a small team
