Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing site based in Dunkeswell, Honiton.

This is an excellent opportunity offering competitive rates of pay, full training, overtime opportunities, and long-term employment potential.

• 06:00 - 16:00.
• Monday to Friday.
• 4 working days per week.
• One fixed day off during the week.
• Weekend overtime available.
• 14.50 per hour.
• Overtime after 38 hours paid at 21.75 per hour.

• 16:00 - 02:00.
• Monday to Thursday.
• 17.50 per hour.
• Overtime after 38 hours paid at 24.75 per hour.

• Working on a busy production line.
• Weighing, packaging, and labelling products.
• Operating machinery following training.
• Working toward production targets as part of a team.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.

• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Previous production or machine operating experience beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
