Academics are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive primary school in Redbridge, London. This SEN Teaching Assistant position is a full-time, long-term opportunity working 1:1 with a child in EYFS or KS2, starting September 2026. (There are two roles available).

The school in Redbridge, London is looking for a caring, motivated, and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant who can provide consistent support, build positive relationships, and help the child thrive within the classroom. While experience is preferred, the school is very open to graduates who are passionate about working with children or pursuing a career in education.

• Pay Rate: 95- 118 per day (depending on experience)
• Contract: Full-time, long-term
• Teacher training available from September 2027

As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Redbridge, London, you will:

• Support the learning, development, and well-being of a child in EYFS or KS2 with additional needs (TWO ROLES AVAILABLE)
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies
• Create an encouraging and inclusive environment
• Help promote independence, confidence, and positive learning habits
• Contribute to the wider school community in Redbridge, London
