PPA Teacher

EYFS & KS1 | September 2026 Start | Ealing

Reeson Education are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable PPA Teacher to join a welcoming primary setting in Ealing from September 2026.

This exciting PPA Teacher opportunity will involve covering classes across EYFS and KS1, delivering engaging lessons, and supporting pupils across a range of abilities. The successful PPA Teacher will work closely with class teachers and senior leaders to ensure continuity of learning and high classroom standards.

The school is looking for a confident PPA Teacher who enjoys variety, has strong behaviour management skills, and can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff alike. This PPA Teacher role would suit both experienced teachers and strong ECTs looking to broaden their classroom experience.

As a PPA Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring pupils remain engaged and motivated throughout the school day. The successful PPA Teacher will demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and a genuine passion for primary education.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching within EYFS and/or KS1

Strong classroom management

Flexible and adaptable teaching style
