Job Title: Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant

Location: Pontypridd

Start Date: September

Salary: £85 - £95 per day

The school is looking to appoint a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis from September. The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils with ALN to access learning and develop meaning from classroom activities, working closely with teaching staff across the school rather than providing solely 1:1 support. This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is committed to making a positive impact on children's educational experiences.

The successful Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

• Experience supporting children with ALN within an educational setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A good understanding of strategies to support pupils' access to learning

• A proactive and adaptable approach to classroom support

• A positive, patient and nurturing attitude
