To provide an efficient front of house service. Be the first person visitors will meet when entering our clients amazing campus, providing a responsive, friendly, caring and professional welcome.

To be the main point of contact for onsite residence and resolve as many queries as possible in the first instance and refer queries on to the appropriate member of staff where needed.

Perform reception duties including answering calls, welcoming and directing visitors, providing information, taking delivery of post/parcels, issuing replacement key cards to residents as well as admin duties relating to either reception or assisting other members of the Operations Team.

Help to promote a safe environment, providing a positive approach to people, professionals, partners and the wider community to visit.

The hours for this role are 08:00 - 15:00 Mon-Fri, there is onsite support with people at hand continuously.
