Horizon Teachers are seeking a Teaching Assistant to work in an SEN school located in Merton. The school’s vision is to re-engage pupils back into their learning and unlock their full potential.

The role

Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant desirable

Support the class teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons

Provide one to one support or group assistance

Motivating pupils with SEN

Assisting with behaviour management

Strong communication skills and being able to work in a team

You will be paid the permanent equivalent for the job after 12 weeks, in many cases from day one.
