Commercial Catering Engineer - Brighton - Immediate Start

Premier Recruitment Hub is currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Catering Engineer to join a growing and well-established business covering the Peterborough area.

This is a field-based role working across commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, and catering facilities carrying out service, maintenance, repairs, and fault finding on a range of commercial catering equipment.

Responsibilities:

* Service and maintenance of commercial catering equipment

* Fault finding and repairs on gas and electrical catering appliances

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

* Emergency breakdown response

* Providing excellent customer service on-site

* Completing service reports and documentation

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Commercial Catering Engineer

* COMCAT qualifications preferred

* Experience with gas and electrical catering equipment

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Strong fault-finding skills

* Ability to work independently
